Promotion or Advancement? Who does it come from?

As you think about promotion/advancement do you think it comes from man or God? We find in Psalm 75:6-7, it comes from God.

No one from the east or the west or from the desert can exalt themselves. ⁷ It is God who judges: He brings one down, he exalts another. ~Psalm 75:6-7

When you find yourself thinking someone is in the way of your advancement/promotion, remember:

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, ²⁴ since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving. ~Colossians 3:23-24

Refuse to focus on man, and FOCUS on God, as you work unto him as his servant.

He will never leave you nor forsake you, keep your eyes to him.

No one will be able to stand up against you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you. ~Joshua 1:5

So, when it comes to promotion/advancement remember, "Work with all your heart...unto the Lord.....

Work means......work/action..........if you flip burgers, flip them with a Spirit of Excellence, as working for the Lord with all your heart! You will be promoted when you have a Spirit of Excellence!!

Prosper where you are planted......

But since you excel in everything—in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in complete earnestness and in the love we have kindled in you see that you also excel in this grace of giving. ~2 Corinthians 8:7

God listens to you, he knows your hearts desires, he planted your dream inside of you. He will reward those whom love him.

Seek promotion with a heart to glorify God in everything you do!! Promotion WILL COME!!

You deserve it!! You are SO very special to him, he loves you!! Make decisions and take action towards your goals!!
